    Hi,

Using MD15 you cannot combine multiple planned orders into 1 PR. For doing this you need make ABAP changes in the program. Copy this standard program to Z-Program & modify the program in converting multiple planned orders into 1 PR. Here you could combine multiple planned orders of same material into 1 line, also many materials into 1 PR.

    regards,

    JP

The easiest way would be to just increase the quantity on one and delete the others. Or are you looking for something more automated ??

You've got multiple planned orders due to various settings but I'm not that familiar with MRP functions so I don't know if there is a way to automatically consolidate.

    Regards,

    Nick

      Hi,

are you talking about combining multiple planned orders into 1 PR for a particular material? or for different materials?

If you are talking about combining multiple planned orders into 1 PR for a particular material, use Lot Size in material master. Choose monthly lot size, so it will gather requirements per month and create a PR.

If its for different materials, im afraid there isnt any way. Im not too sure on this.

    Hi,

    1. convert planned order into purchase requisition individually using transaction MD14

    2. Use T code MD15 to convert planned orders Into PR collectively ( for multiple planned orders)

    Regards
