Hi All,
I have the following scenario:
In our plant we have internal maintenance with corrective and preventive work orders. We have another plant of the same enterprise group and we use the same guys to do internal maintenance. We have only one work center and the idea is to plan the work of work center in both plants. Is it possible, when speaking about capacity planning to have one work center planned regading this situation, two different plants and only one work center with capacity to work on both sites?
If yes, which is the best way to do this?
Regards,
Rogério Reis
Rogério Reis,
It sure is possible. I would identify one of the plant as the planning plant and create the work center for that plant.I would then assign this work center for execution in both orders. This would then enable you to manage capacity planning for this work center for all the orders.
Regards
Narasimhan
