Hello Experts,
We are in SRM 7.0
What is the meaning of these check boxes (Visible Internally Only & checked out), that can be used in connection to the handling of attachments in SRM 7.0 Portal?
Any pointer will be highly appreciated,

It is same as the text used for internal communication in SAP MM. These attachements are meant for internal use. It cannot be outputed or external partners like vendor cannot view this.

This appears similar to internal attachments in SRM 5.0. When it is checked, the PO output will not send these attachments to vendors.
