Support Pack Upgrade for APO 5.0

Hi Guys,

Can anyone update me on what needs to be done from the functional side if we upgrade the Support pack level.

We are upgrading from Support Pack 11 to 16 and are currently in APO 5.0. What precautions and updates we need to do for the same. I would appreciate if some step wise process can be defined, for this. Also would like to know the difference between SPK 16 and 17.

Have you checked the Release & Upgrade Info section in the SAP Service portal (service.sap.com). This containa ample information on this.
