Crystal Installation

Dear forum

I have yet another issue with the installation of Crystal reports XI

I have the disks that i am trying to install on a laptop. The OS is XP

The installation process gets to a point where it says it is checking for disk space. It has been checking for the last hour. I have rebooted and retried to no avail. Any Help would be appreciated. Are there any setting i can disable to check for disk space avaialbility during install of Crystal Xi

This is frustrating.

Also The Laptop does have a fully encrypted hard disk was wondering if this could be the issue? Has any other member had an issue like this
