Shopping cart workflow WS14000133 version not active

Hi,

In our production system after new upgrade shopping cart approval workflow WS14000133 version got deactivated and then after few hours got activated by itself. There was no active version during this period although event linkage was active. I want to analyse why this version got deactivated. Can any one tell how I can get such log which shows why and when this workflow version got deactivated.
