COST involved in Implementing flexible real estate

Is there any extra cost involved in implementing RE_FX rather than classical RE .

Hi,

it depends mainly on the intended use of RE-FX. If you want to do lease-out business then RE-FX has to be licenced separately. I would suggest that you ask your local SAP sales contact for further details.

Hi,

I don't think there won't any extra cost involved in implementing REFX.

Check the OSS Note : 443311 - Extension SAP Real Estate: Technical Basics.

As per the note you need to activate, once you activated you can use only REFX & Classical RE will no longer available for use.
