Multiple reportjobserver

If you have 2 set of crystal reports and you are worried that one set would impact the performance/security of the other set what is the best practice in terms of XI R2 configuration?

Would you be able to create 2 reportjobservers and associate each of them to one of the sets? Or have 2 event servers?

And for the functions of Infoview Web Client, SAP support mentioned that ras/reportjobserver depended on webijobserver/webireportserver to enable the access of the reports? So does that mean maybe we would need a new instance of webi as well.
