Page loading problem with "My Trips and Expenses"

Hi,

We are using Standard ESS for Travel Management.

For some users in the Travel and Expenses application, when they click on "My Trips and Expenses" , the page is getting loaded for a long time to display the "My Expense Reports".

As per observation,these users have large number of trips during the last 12 months.

Is there any possibility to change the Default value in dropdown of "Show Trips" to a small period like Last onemonth (or) Last 3months. At present the default value is "Last 12 Months".

I have tried to find the root cause with the Remote function call PTRM_WEB_TRIPS_GET_LIST and also the standard Source code for the Webdynpro java application component of ess_trasap.com and could not trace something relavant.

currently we are on EP7.0 SP20 and ECC6.0 with all BPs at level 16.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Hi,

There is a BADI (TRIP_IMP_EXP) that can help you to restrict trip amount by set delimit date.

Use RESTRICT_TRAVEL_RANGE method ot do this.
