Pur.req converted to scheduling agreement.

Hello,

A planned order in MD04 was converted to PR and PR to scheduling agreement .

But what i find that the planned order is still existing in MD04. Why this has happened.

Also is there any way where i can find which PR was converted to which SA.i.e link between pr and SA.

When a planned order is converted to production order , the prod. order has the no of planned order.

Is there any wy / table to find similar thing for sched. agreement
