Mixed Authorizations

Hi,

I have User he has two authorization roles.

One is for SD. In SD Role there are some HR object to see for example the Names of employees.

In a second role he has some HR transactions (PTMW,..) to see the working times of employees because he is supervisor.

SAP combines the 2 roles and now he can see more in PTMw as i want. He see all the names of all employees and his employees with times. But I want that he can see the names.

Is it possible to block combining roles for this user ?
