KM Document iView error

Hi,

I created one km document iView. I can see the uploaded document in the portal.But in the preview of the iView the uploaded document not displaying.I am getting the error like 404

The requested resource is not available.

I given the path of the document like

E:\ Name of the document.

Is it right way to give the path of the document?

Can someone help me for the above issue?

HI,

Hope you have uploaded the document into KM ie., under documents/<your folder>

After uploading the document,

In the properties "view Edit path to Document" property use the path like this /documents/<your folder name>/<filename>

Hi,

E:\ Name of the document.

give the path as /documents/Folder/doc if your document is under Root/Documents/Folder/doc in KM.

check whethe you have atleast read pemission to the folde in which your document is there.

also if life time is enabled in that folder then check the validity of the document.

If (validity expires + you have only read permissions) then it will give 404 error.
