What is the difference between reversing a ticket and correcting a ticket ? Which data can be changed while correcting a ticket ? What happens in the background ?

Correcting a Ticket
When you correct a ticket, the system reverses the documents that were created from the corrected items and then creates a new version of the original ticket with the changed data. When you actualize the corrected ticket, the system checks the ticket and uses the changed data to update the documents belonging to that ticket. The system also updates the corresponding shipment, such as that created in the Transportation and Distribution (TD) component.
You can correct the following ticket data:
· Quantity
· End date for loading
· End time for loading
· Ticket posting date
Reversing a Ticket
When you reverse an actualized ticket, the system reverses it and reverses all documents that belong to the corrected items and that have already been posted but does not create new documents. The system also updates the corresponding shipment, such as that created in the Transportation and Distribution (TD) component.
When you reverse a ticket, you do not change any ticket data. Instead, you return the ticket to the status it was actualized.
