GL account issue.

Hi Friends

We have a GL: Cash in Hand, This account I want to use only one particular user, other then any user should not use this account for postings,

Please can someone tell me how to solve this issue.

Assign an authorization group for this GL master in FS00 under 'Control tab' and then assign this to User master record through Basis

Hi Prasad,

Since it is a cash account ensure that post automatically tick is there in the GL Master record so that no one can post in that cash journal through entries. Next ensure that FBCJ t.code is authorised only to that particular user ID through BASIS. This solves your problem.

Dear,

You could define a validation in T-cd:OB28 for checking when using this G/L account, checking whether the user ID＝　＇one particular user＇, if not, then error or warning msg is issued.

Account authorisation for different users through their login can be discussed with the BASIS team.

Please check with BASIS team to allow and disallow such facilities.
