Moderator agreed to alert but no changes in the reported content

I've reported a "blog" that had only one sentence and later got a notification that moderator agreed to the alert. But the blog is still visible (at least to me).

Blog reported: https://blogs.sap.com/2016/11/14/biosensors-international-making-breakthroughs-with-sap-successfactors-solutions/

Notification screenshot:

On the old website moderator's agreement usually meant the content was removed or locked or at least some warning added. But how does this work now? I'm utterly confused.

The moderator agreed to your alert, but right now there is no formal community guidance on what should be an announcement vs. blog vs. discussion, like the old Jive platform had.

So the moderator agreed to your alert, but his notes say he can't take it down until there's more overall guidance. I hope that makes sense. It's all a judgment call

It became already clearer with Jamie Cantrell's blog: https://blogs.sap.com/2016/11/24/i-worked-really-hard-on-this.-where-can-i-share-it/

She wrote: This is why we do not allow push marketing content in the Community.

and blogs shall be Personal narrative

The thing is - I don't see the moderator's comments, even if they added any, so how would I know what transpired? All I get is agreed/disagreed, as you see on the screenshot. There is nothing else there.

On the old website, I'd get an email with the moderator action and then in the Notifications I'd see the actual note, if any. Now I don't receive any comments on any moderator alerts. I'm not sure if you guys can see it as the moderators but as the user I get only "yay" or "nay".

Well now how it works, if the moderator agreed, but didn't remove it, he/she would have to Direct Message you to explain. To be honest, as a moderator, I don't have that kind of time.

Perhaps others have ideas?

Yes, as a moderator I can see some more info, I can see the comments which are marked as visible for moderators and OP only, and I can see if the post was deleted. I can currently not see who has processed the alert, except a comment was added.

More than agreed/not agreed for you as reporter of an alert is currently not available, we could only send a direct mails, which I personally only consider if there is a need for explanation in case I disagree.

I can certainly understand the frustration if a moderator disagrees and you do not get informed why, I just faced this situation a few hours ago.

Hi,

I will request the relevant moderator to join the discussion.

Regards,

Moshe
