Xcelsius 2008 SP3 Vista Installation Hangs

Hi there, I am trying to install Xcelsius 2008 Enterprise SP3 on Vista Ultimate. It hangs while determining disk space. It just hangs without crashing. It was more than 2 hrs stying on the same screen.

There is around 25GB free space.

I restarted the machine few times, but still the problem not resolved. The machine also has Edge 3.1 + Data Services installed.

May I know if anyone faced similar issue?
