BO XIR2 Remove CPU cause reports to fail?

We removed 2 CPU's on a testing environment CMS going from 4 down to 2. Since the change some of the reports that were working are now failing with a Database Vendor Code: 942. Would this change cause these reports to no longer retrieve data from database and what can I do to fix besides re-attaching business view to report???
