Customize WEB UI / Header / SAP CRM

Hi Community,

i`ve installed a new CRM with the new WEB UI

When i start now this UI i see the Header with SAP CRM on top left position and on the right side .. Help-Center / logoff and so..

Now i want to try to customize this WEB UI Startsite. So do you have any clue where i can change the look of the UI Startsite?

I only want to change the Header
