MAIN_SHDCRE/DBCLONE - EHP4 - SAP ERP 6.0

Hi all,

We are installing EHP4 stack 5 on a system (SAP ERP 6.0, Solaris 10, Oracle 10.2.0.4) and we have reached stage Preprocessing. We are currently stuck at phase MAIN_SHDCRE/DBCLONE and find an error in step DBCLONE4, there being no space problems. Some of you could help us? It generate one dump "Exception condition "MAPPING_ERROR" raised" - Function 'DB_STORAGE_GET'.

Hi,

in addition to the above, check the entry from the time of the job failing in the system log.

check what work process was handling the job and check for the detailed entry in the corresponding work process trace file.

This may give further details on why the job is failing.

Hi,

Thanks for all response. The isue is reosolve. The problem was the table CRMEXPVERS have the data-class "USER" and this data-class didin't exist in the system. I created the data-class "USER" and I update the tables TAORA, IAORA, DARTT and DDART.

Hello Gabriel.

We are facing the similar issue while performing ENH4 SP5 in our box..As said, Data class USER exist in the tables u mentioned..but still we face the error.

Can you please let us know is there any other thing that we need to check to resolve this...

Sorry for the delay, The problem generated one dump? if is yes, could I see the dump?.
