Last delta incorrect. A repeat must be requested.

Hi all,

I'm getting this error for a process in process chain "Data target 0MATERIAL still includes delta request REQU_006HF7SP4BVY9FS5ZMWK980B1. If the repeat is now loaded, then after the load there could be duplicate data in the data targets. Request the repeat? Last delta incorrect. A repeat must be requested. This is not possible.

Plz guide how can i resolvethis issue, as i'm very new to SAP BI.

Welcome to SAP BI...

Actually 0Material is a master data and usually repeat of delta is not possible for the master data. Just delete the initialization from the scheduler and reinitialize. And dont bother about the duplicate records as the records are overwrite in master data.

Need to go to the infopackage and options. delete the initialization request there. Then do a init with data transfer and the do a delta load.

Hi,

After deleting the request.... go to the infopackage--> update tab > select the update mode-> initialize with data --> go to the schedule tab ---> execute.......... it will load and initialize the data.

Also i have deleted the red requests.. but still then it is givin me the same error..

Delete the last request and repeat the delta. You can build a error DTP and see if any records going in there and helps in analyzing errors better.
