SAP BPC deletes our adjustment data

Hi BPC Experts,

We use SAP BPC 10 NW for the consolidation system. I work as an IT support. Our Users want to add new adjustment in the current consolidation system. I have added a new dimension member in the dimension Audit (data source dimension type). This adjustment uses group currency (USD) & uses the BPC input form as a data input interface. Therefore, this data does not need currency conversion. The BPC system will use this data in the elimination process.

We got a problem during testing time. Once users have executed the BPC package Consolidation already, the BPC system deletes their adjustment data. They could see it before the consolidation package execution.

The following information our new dimension member in the dimension Audit:

ID: US_ELIM01
COPYOPENING: Y
DATASRC_TYPE=I
IS_CONSOL=Y
IS_CONVERTED=N

Please, I need help from BPC experts in this forum.

you have said that users enter data on USD ... but which scope do they use?

Consolidation setup is a complex process with a lot of settings... And each setting may affect the consolidation calculations.
