Budget Value in S_ALR_87013558

Hi,

In this report , Budget -Total is appearing as 0. But budget is appearing in the same report in Overall Value - Budget.

What may be the reason? I have checked report form for this which seems ok.

You ae right. But How to get " Budget Overall "value in place of " Budget total"

If you use only year wise Budget but not overall, then in that case, Budget Total values can be seen in Budget Overall values, But I dont think it will work in the reverse case. You have two options...one is you can hide the Budget Total column, if you dont want that column and another is, if you still want the values then you will have to change the characteristics in the Form, which is like modifying the SAP Report, if you are ok with that then you can do so.

You will able to see the Budget- Overall vAlue in that report it self,

If you drag bar to right hand side, you will see the same .

Budget Total is total of budget of all fiscal year. If you are not using year wise budget but only overall budget then you wont see any values in Budget Total. Please check that.
