User is locked.

Hi,

We are using ISA 3.0 version.

While accessing the Webshop

1. enter the UID and password then browser says that 'user is locked'

I tried with SU01 and SU05 also but not able to do so please suggest some ways.

This message comes only if the SU01 user is locked.

Since you can see the logon screen and can go little further, the JCO USER is in good shape.

In ISA 3.0, you use the alias user id to logon. So, you have to find the SU01 user for the alias user id. If you go to transaction SU01, input the ISA Logon user in the ALIAS field and enter, you will get a funky user id, in the User field. If not, then you have to find the actual user id for this alias user.

Now, see if this user ID is locked....
