Single step IM/WM posting change LQ02

I have WM 321 mov type set up for IM 321 posting change (QI to unrestricted) to perform the LQ02 IM/WM posting change in one step.

Is it at all possible to allow LQ02 for the IM 322 posting change in reverse? The config is using WM mov type as primary key, and WM 321 is used for both IM 321/322.

yes that is very much possible , please follow the below step and try again

step 1 . create a custom movement type 922 (copy of movement type 321 )

step 2 . please maintain the entry as shown below under node IMG--LE ---WM ---Interface---Inventory ----Define posting change

Good suggestion, but you can create the movement type 322 instead of 922, that will keep things consistent

Thanks, I will try this out shortly. As a follow up question, say I have single step posting change for quality to unrestricted (pass inspection) or quality to blocked (fail inspection, initiate returns process). In either case, I'd love to have an automatic transfer order get generated to get material out of the Quality storage type into another specified storage type (perhaps in search strategy or in movement type?). Is it at all possible to have the posting change automatically generate an automatic internal transfer TO into another destination?

My system has it the other way around with both WM 321 & 322 pointing to IM 321. I think this is a mistake in the standard warehouse. Since the entry is for warehouse "***", you should be able to create an entry for your specific warehouse to test out. I am pretty sure this will work fine.
