unmap challan

HI,

I want to unmap all the mapped challan,

so i selected all mapped challan with personnel number and clicked unmap key(left arrow key)

here an error comes "save challan mapping due to negative entry in Total Number of Employees Partially Mapped

Message no. HRPADIN01308"

after unmap, i want to delete all challan.

wat is the cause, how to solve this ....

Please note that the inconsistent behavior that is due to some inconsistent entries that seems to be present in the tables PCL4 and T7INTE. The amount has been unmapped but the CVhallan isstill showing as mapped. You need to delete the entries from the PCL4 and T7INTE tables. This will solve the issue .

Please note that once the table entries are deleted, you can again try to map the employees. Hopefully, it will be mapped successfully. You can try the same for unmapping as well. I hope the employees will get successfully unmapped as well.

Hi All,

After excuting PC00_M40_F24Q for last quarter, details of employees who have left the company in first 3 quarters is not appearing in annexure I (Salary and Tax details) for entire financial year.

Please help me out.

I would like to know what are the other possible option than doing abap program., though it is not recommended to use, simply i would like to know

Thanks. It is solved,

now i need to enter challan details for 4th month, but the grid to enter challan details is locked,

is challan details can be entered and mapped only for every quarter, because after 3 months of payroll run and challan mapping i cannot enter the challan details for subsequent months.

Hello

You need to delete the data from the cluster PCL4 for RELID I1 & I2. ALso delete the entries from table T7INTE.

Please contact your ABAP consultant or Basis person to delete the records.

Please clear the history of PCL4 cluster and table T7INTE for that challan / TAN No. and perform the mapping again to resolve the issue.

hii,,

its simply SE11 etries. Your abaper can write a program which can help in the same or there is some other ways.... not very recommended so will nt suggest too
