SBO 2007A SP01 PL09 HF_04 (B12007A0109HF_04-10003612)

I tried upgrading my PC to this SBO version but the upgrade fails with "Error Accessing Parser Dll...." error. I got some postings here on the SDN that i need to install Miscrosoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistibutable. This is did not solve the problem.

Just to make sure it wasn't a problem with my PC, i tried upgrading a second PC; same problem.

Does anyone know if there is a problem with this setup ? Thank you in advance.
