CATS Integration for CRM service process

Hi,

I am working on CRM 7.0 and i am looking for CATS integration for service process in CRM.

Are there any middleware settings required for this integration?

What are the pre-requisites and other settings required for completing this process?

I have already gone through the help docs but now i am facing many issues in the system.

We have a similar requirement to have a time sheet tool for sales reps in SAP CRM.

Were you able to find a solution for the above.

How did you achieve the time sheet integration with SAP CRM.
