Status: Data Source <data source> could not be indexed successfully

Portal > System Administration > System Configuration > Knowledge Management > Index Administration

All of the status are returning the error "Data Source <data source> could not be indexed successfully. See Application Log."

Upon checking the application log, the log is empty.

1 Data source is on green status. But I am afraid to re-index this as the documents might be lost. We have an issue on this Data Source, and the user have complained that he is unable to search for older documents they have (dated year 2006) before the Migration (10/2009) happened. They can only see new uploaded documents prior to the migration.

URL Generator Service has been applied.

Checking on Index Monitoring:

All except 1 data source is in RED status and returning the error "Unknown Error: null"

1 file have an error "Trex: Preparation failed: index operation "

OSS message have been raised as well, but the issue is still on-going.
