Accrual Condition type not included in Quatation Effective Price

Hi,

We created new condition type similar to freight condition.

subcontrcating PO was created for and subcontracting info record was updated,

However, when looking at quatation price history in the info record I don't see this pricing condition included in the effective price.

This creates for us a problem since the cost estimates for this materail should be base on the effective price and this pricing condition is missing.

When the quataion effective price is being update in the quatation price history in the info record ?

Is there any special IMG config which we need to do to include that pricing condition in the effective price ?

Hi,

The "Time dependent condition " is already not checked for document type 'AB'

It is checked however for document type AN.

We have 2 accrual pricing conditions in the PO.

One of them we added long time ago to the pricing schema and another we recently added.

I can see the old pricing condtion in the quatation price history but I don't see the new pricing condition we added and don't know what is different.

Check both the Pricing Procedure in M/08 transaction code.

Now see the vendor schema and Schema group Purchasing organisation is assigned to newly created pricing procedure or not.?

hi,

if your gross price condition is PB00 in RFQ

then Maitain the accrual conditions in supplementary pricing which is attached to PB00 and also Main pricing procedure.

if your gross price is PBXX pl check Main pricing procedure for your conditions.

I assume you have made time dependant condition ticked for you RFQ document ype ence based on that it wll be different from P.O condition type.

Try as mentioned below here with.

SPRO > Materials management > Purchasing >RFQ/Quotation > Define Document type

Go to details Remove the check mark under Time dependent condition for Document type AB.

Save it.

Come out and try to find the conditions all the conditions of P.O will populate here.
