Flat File Transfomation omiting delimiter

I am working on a project transforming an XML file to Flat File.

The Flat File Delimiter is {//}

There is 37 columns target. Therefore there should be 36 delimiters of {//} in each row.

The problem is that when i transform a file. The first 3 have 36 delimiters but the 4th row has 35. Which is throwing the data off in the target system.

I've narrowed down on what column the issue is happening at. It is column 19 which is a date field on the source. But can't determine what is wrong because it works in Row 3 and not in Row4

Any help is appreciated..
