Thanks

Hi,

You can try this ways also.....

1.Without creating Standard Text..Just type the text in the footer window by creating text node.

then you dont have this problem.

2.One more way is in the SMARTFORMS tcode, you have Text modules.Create a Text Module with your text required. And include the same in the smartform by creating the text node and changing it to include Text Module.

Thanks & Regards,

Vamsi.

Hi Kuki,

If the text is printed e.g. via transaction SO10, it is always printed

via a form. Please go into the editor and here via the menu: Goto ->

Header. Now you can see the name of the form, which is used to print

the text, if the text is printed via the editor. So the Sapscript takes

the size of the MAIN window, the margins and the font from this form

and use them to calculate the positions of the line breaks. If e.g. the

form SYSTEM is used, a window size of 16,5 cm and the font COURIER 12Pt

with 10 characters per inch is used. So 72 characters fit into a line.

By the way: This form also defines, which paragraph and character

formats are available in the form.

If you want to change the assignment of the text to the form, there

are two ways:

- Some text objects allows a direct change: You can go in the editor

via the menu: Format - Change form.

- The default setting can be changed on the following way:

First go in the editor via Goto - Header again. Now you see the text

object of the text. Then go to transaction SE75, Text objects and IDs.

Here you can set, which form should be used in the editor by texts of

this object. The setting affects all new texts.

You can use the formatting option '=' to have an extended line as a part of command-line
