It's good to know that the Generated PDF Report is Version 1.3 and that you are using PDF Viewer 9.0. What about the version of Crystal Reports? What patch level are you on? Note that htis forum is for .NET developers. Is this issue in a .NET app? If so, what version of .NET? What OS? Can you export to good PDF files using the CR designer?

Crystal Report Version : XI Release 2

Crystal Product Version : 11.5.8.826

.NET Version : 2.0

OS: Window 7

Yes,I have Exported PDF Files using CR Designer .

To Find Out the Exact Reason for this Error, i have install Acrobat. and in Acrobat, i did PreFlight (Ctrl + Shift + X), it shows me couple of error in my PDF.

Errors are :

Document ID missing

Object uses RGB (23 matches on 1 page)

OutputIntent for PDF/X missing

PDF/X version key (GTS_PDFXVersion) missing

Page does not have TrimBox or ArtBox (1 match on 1 page)

How to reproduce : Generate Crystal Exported PDF.

Is there any way , i can fix this error while exporting, or after exporting in the ASP.NET

CR version 11.5.8.826 is not supported on WIN 7. You will have to apply SP 6 from [here|https://smpdl.sap-ag.de/~sapidp/012002523100015859952009E/crxir2win_sp6.exe] in order to be supported on WIN 7.

Then I need to know if you can export to PDF, using the designer on a win 7 OS and what happens when you try to open the pdf in Acrobat. If you get the same issue with the PDF exported from the designer, you will have to pose your query to the [Report Design forum|; as you need to get this fixed there, before moving to a .NET app.

Hello,

It gives the same problem on XP and Window Vista. so i dont think it is because of Window 7.

but Service Pack 6 May Solve the problem.

Thank you
