Failed to get the document (LO 26315)

Hi all,

I'm trying to build a dashboard on SAP BW data using Live Office in Xcelsius. LO document created on WebI report is working fine but when it is imported into Xcelsius and when tried to see the preview of the dashboard an error : Failed to get the document (LO 26315) is occured. I've gone through the similar posts and found that its crossdomain.xml file issue and I checked it and found it to be fine. The URL in Live Office connection when checked in the browser it says "Please enable REST support in WEB-INF/conf/axis2.xml and WEB-INF/web.xml "

My current Xcelsius version is 5.0.0.99, build 12,1,0,247.

How to resolve this issue ? Can it be resolved by upgrading Xcelsius version to SP2 ?
