PM Order-Settlement

Hi,

I have a issue during settlement of an PM work order.

In IW32 when I go to "Maintain Settlement Rule:Overview" screen, I see two lines with FUL and PER settlement rules. But when I check the table COBRB, the field "Settlement transaction" the value "Actual Settlement" KOAO is not populating.

When I delete both the settlement rule lines and re-enter with the same Settlement Receivers as previous and save the order, then table COBRB for that order get populated with the value KAOA. Oder will settle now.

What will be the reason that the "Sttlmt Trans" not get populated in table COBRB at first hit?

Ive created a settlement rule for iw32 for defualt settlement.. iam getting all values expect the costcenter value.

Did u work on settlement rule creation? plz let me know.. ive been hanging this problem for long time.. if u know. plz let me know.

Are you not able to run actual settlement after populating the rule for the first time?

Yes Narasimhan, I am not able to run actual setlement for the first time. I have to delete the settlement receiver and the re-enter it and then Actual settlemet get populates.
