Multiple counter Plan

Sir,

I have created cycle set using IP11Z

Package Nos. Cycl. Length Unit

1 500 Hours

2 1 Month

Created a Measuring Point for a Equipment,Have maintained annual estimate of 8760 running Hours.

Now my requirement is that the system should trigger order is such a way that if 1 Month is reached early it should create Maintenance Order or if running hours is reached earlier it should create order.

Now I have created Multiple counter Maintenance Plan using transaction IP43.

The task list assigned to Maintenance Plan has operations with maintenance Package of 1 Month.

Now when I schedule the maintenance Plan using IP10 I am not getting the desired output,am I following the right procedure or is there any thing wrong....

Please suggest

Just for ensuring,

have you checked the Operation Type?

It should be in 'OR-link' if you want to generate the order if one of your reading hit the counter.

When I enter counter reading of say 502 running hours ...Then I Schedule the Plan using IP10 the system is not generating any Maintenance order as The cycle set contains 500hrs cycle ...why it is so......

Nikhil

When you schedule a multiple counter plan, the system calculates the planned dates for each maintenance cycle based on the current total counter reading and the annual estimate.

Your annual estimate is 8760 running Hours. please enter the reading according to it and then execute IP10 your problem will be solved.
