EMERGENCY!!! Mapping program is not available in runtime cache

Hello,

i'm working with SAP PI 7.1

We build a syncronous interface Soap -> PI -> Bapi

Interface worked correctly until yesterday at 17.41.

From this time all messages sent to PI have a error:

Mapping program is not available in runtime cache: Object ID 7DBF8DDCB7593EEBA7CE8DD533EDDA8D Software Component 8AE70C30149311DFC4FAEA2EAC100053

I already try to save and actyvate mapping

I recreate configuration step

I already made SXI_CACHE

I already made CPA cache refresh and mapping refresh

But worse situation is that.... 5 minuts ago i notify that one more interface stop to work for same problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE HELPPPPPPPP!!!!
