Availability Time planning for receiver channel...

Hi All

In receiver communication channel when I set the time interval(recurrence: daily) as 23 hours, ideally that should disable the channel for the rest 1 hour of the day.

But in my case it ain't happening.

What can be the possible reasons?

Regards

Dipak

      Hi all,

Am facing the similar issue that my receive channel not getting stopped automatically when using ATP.

I have used ATP in my receiver file channel, this interface runs daily once which is triggered by a report from SAP to File.

I have tried out and I scheduled my channel daily at 17:11 and for (Duration): 3Minutes and the schedule table below shows start and end times as 12/13/11 5:11:00 PM (EST) 12/13/11 5:14:00 PM (EST) respectively.

When I tested, the channel got started automatically at 17:11, but it hasn't stopped by itself at 17:14:00. Its running continuously, whereas I was expecting it to be stopped at 17:14.

Can you help me with your valuable inputs.

      Thanks in advance.

    Hi Deepak,

Work@round to deactivate the receiver channel using ATP.

Configure ATP for ex: If you want to deactivate the channel from Morning 9 to 10 daily.

Please use the below settings to deactivate the channel for 1 hour.

    Check the active checkbox.

    Availability Time : Daily

At Time : 10.00 For (Duration): 1380 (Minutes)
