Shopping cart workflow stuck into error

Working on SRM 7.0

Shopping Cart Workflow got stuck due to an error because of without assign supplier and user itslef is a buyer for himself.

Now i have to correct the workflow so that user will edit the shopping cart and order the same shopping cart again ?
