JCo support language

Hi experts,

I have a problem when connecting to SAP through RFC adapter from PI, the logon language of JCo is only allowed for EN, but I want to use my logon language VI, then error is Language "VI" is not available from JCo exception, although I have installed the support package of language VI into ABAP stack of PI. Pls help.
