Printing Issues

We have several labels we have created that print out perfectly from a machine with crystal xi installed. However, when we upload the label report to enterprise and try to print it off the edge is cut off. We have tried restarting the page server, but with no avail. Any ideas?

Yes - install and configure identical printer driver on edge machine as exist on a machine with crystal xi installed.

which OS is your EDGE Server ?

Crystal Enterprise is installed on a Windows 2000 Server machine. If we print the label from a Windows XP machine with the full version of Crystal installed it will print fine. If we print from a Windows XP machine, via enterprise, the labels edges are cut off.

Hi,

im pretty sure that this is something with the Driver on the Win2k Server.

You said you tried the same as from the WinXP machine. Can you check if there is maybe a newer version for Win2k ? Our maybe you try with an older version for Win2k as the one on the WinXP machine.

Or, if you can, try to print on another Printer. Maybe one with a different Driver or better a different Manufacturer.
