Problem to start SAP server after new installation.

Hi,

I have install a Sap netweaver 7.0 EHP1 ABAP stack on a Oracle DB. But I can not start my server,

I have this error from my log file.

Is it some support packages for a Sap netweaver 7.0 EHP1?

Any Idea?
