MF60

Hello,

I am moving the goods to production storage location from raw material storage lcoation,

Step 1- when I create the Prod order, it creates the reservation number also,

To transfer the goods raw material location to Production location, I am using the MF60 it creates the another reservation number ...

-

RMPU stock transfer reservations 00000412 22.03.2010 created successfully-----

Then using MF65 I enters the 2nd reservation numebr and transfer the goods....

Is there anyway I can perform the two step procedure to move the goods in one step...

(MF60+ MF65), I donot want to use MB1B (manual procedure) or can I make any setting in MF60, so that I donot use MF65 etc...

If you can enlighten me in this area please,

Regards,

JPS

    Dear colleague,

the steps of the standard system should be:

    MF60 - Pull List - Trigger Replenishment

    MF63 - Pull List - Current Situation

MF65 - Stock Transfer for Reservation

    MF68 - Log

can be available, so I think there should be no other method of material

staging, but maybe you will be interest in the following information:

      Dear Maria,

If the raw-material needed for the production order is stored in a storage location other than than the production storage location, Can I use the steps you mentioned to stage in a WM environment working with Transfer Requirements and Transfer Orders?

Based on the steps you mentioned, here are the add-ons.

Run MF60 - Pull List - Trigger Replenishment. This will create Transfer Requirements to Pick materials from Production SLOC. The materials are currently available in Raw Material SLOC.

MF63 - Pull List - Current Situation ( DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS WOULD BE USED FOR).

MF65 - Stock Transfer for Reservation ( I hope this will do a 311 Mvt type to transfer the components from Raw-material SLOC to Production SLOC).

      MF68 - Log

Do you think this process/setup would work in a WM environment?

    Dear JPS,

    1) Miantain Component storage location ( Production storage location ) in BOM

    2) Hope you have done settings in OSPP

    3) Now goto MF60, give ur Prd number & Maintain the required Tick marks in Global settings

    4) Execute, system will show the shortage qtys in Production storage location then transfer them & save

    Regards
