J1INCERT-No data selected for printing

Dear All,

As per the budget changes, we are creating new TDS codes for those vendors without PAN. These new codes are created with validity from April 1st 2010. during testing, we are not able to print TDS certificates and getting this error message:

No data selected for printing - Message no. 8I000

Meantime, We are able to print certificates with old TDS codes for this month(Feb certificates).

My doubt is, for testing we are posting the documents in future posting date and trying to generate the certificate

when i try the same with old TDS codes, it is showing the same error message.

So, Is it true that system checks system date while printing TDS certificates? Please clarify..

Regards,

Gangadhar

hi,

check the invoice posted date or downpayment date should after 01.04.2010 and the same challan updation and bank updation also you have to do aftere 01.04.2010.

while printing the certificate you have to select the date range from 01.04.2010 to 30.04.2010.

you will be able to get print for the same.

Hi,

Please check if you certificate date is more than the system date.

When i had given Certificate date equal or less system date, Certificates were printed.
