Error in ICSS:An error occurred; your request cannot be created

Dear All,

While creating the Service request in ICSS portal I am getting below error:An error occurred; your request cannot be created.

I copied the standard T.Type :ICSS to YICS and assigned the this new T.Type

CRM->Webchannals->E-Service->Internet customer self service->Set up transaction types->Define transaction for the internet.

S1 Service Request ICSS SERVICE S001 Service Request

S3 Information Request SRVO SERVICE S001 Information Request

SC Service Contract SC Service Contract

ST Complaint CRMC COMPLAINT C001 Complaint

YS1 MLDL_Service Request YICS YMLSERVRE S001 MLDL_Service Request

YS3 MLDL_Information Req SRVO SERVICE S001 MLDL_Information Req

In XCM also I maintained YS1 and YS3 .

Please suggest need to maintain any another settings to resolve this issue.
