Classification Error

Hi,

I have encountered a problem when creating a DIR with a document type. The document is created using a Z-transaction instead of CV01N. The document is created using classification based on certain characteristics.

The problem is that after creating the document and saving it, the classification does not get saved.

Due to this workflow is not trigerred.

Kindly give let me know why this happens and so give posssible solutions.

please check the class and characteristic are released.

Also check the respective class . characteristic value in their table.
