Hi,
Anybody knows if SAP is capable of doing the following?
E.g.
1) User 1 can only edit payment block, text, reference and document header text in FB02
2) User 2 can only edit text, reference and document header text in FB02
3) User 3 can only edit text and payment terms in FB02
Can authorisation control the above?
Thanks.
No standard solution other than customization.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
1) create a z-table with your authority-objects (user-fieldname)
2) use an exit in a validation (OB28) with condition (tcode = 'FB02' and integrate your z-table in that subroutine
hope that helps

Hi Newbird,
As far as I know there is not authoriztation object to realize this "check behavior" you have described.
I feel very regret no positive answer provided!
