Hi all,
one of our customer has installed the SP10 of AC5.3.
Do they need to update also the RTA Agent (actual VIRSAHR and VIRSANHR are patch 5) ? The back-end system is an ECC6 .
Where I can find the RTA which version (or level path) is necessary for AC 5.3 sp10 ?

Hi Andrea,
Support Pack upgrade on GRC AC system involves:
1.) Applying front-end (JAVA) support pack
2.) Applying back-ned (ABAP) support pack which has both Non-HR & HR RTA's.
You can find these RTA's at the location mentioned above.
Whenever you apply new Support Pack make sure you click on "Upgrade" button in respective capabilities of AC.
In addition, make sure the "Initial Data Files" are uploaded which are part of each support pack.

If you have access to service market place, then please login to the same and Navigate to Download->Support Packages and Patches -> Entry by Application Group" ->SAP Solutions for Governance, Risk, and Compliance" ->SAP GRC Access Control" ->SAP GRC ACCESS CONTROL" ->SAP GRC ACCESS CONTROL 5.3" ->Entry by Component" ->RTA on SAP ERP 6.0.
