运行后出现如下错误：

This entry already exists in the following tables(ODBC-2035)Aplication-defined or object-defined error 65171

最后检查了一下，是DTW的版本没升级的原因。还有就是用了DTW得默认字段linenum，而不用pricelist字段。就可以导入成功。谢谢Gordon的解答。

也许答的太晚了，好像你不只勾了Update Existing Object。否则不会得到This entry already exists in the following tables错误。

你的PriceList 如果是在OPLN表中的第二行才对。

DTW前，用文本编辑器查看一下，任何有问题的数据都容易发现。
