Category Modeler for Contact Activity

Hi Gurus,

Is there anyone had configured Category Modeler for contact activity? If yes, can you share some documentation about it?

I just found information for service activity.

Hi Nivea,

It is very similiar as is the service configuration.

You just have to do one more step: Thick the checkbox 'categories' for your business transaction profile.

Hi Nivea,

I don't have any documentation with the steps. But I remember the steps are something like this:

- Define the subject profile at your interaction record.

- Associate the subject profile to configured category schema at category modeler

- Thick the check box 'categories' at business transaction configuration. It is located at: spro->img->crm->interaction center webclient->business transactions->define business transaction profiles

Hi Bruno,

The problem with categorization is solved.

Right now, we have another issue: after saving the Interaction Record with the selected category, we need to see the categorization in the activity details.

Example: If the user open IR in contact history, it is not possible to see the category choosen.

Where the categorization should appear?
