Unable to Accept Quotation for Service Order

Dear experts:

I am unable to accept a quotation in a service order because the drop-menu is grayed out. Does anyone know what the possible cause(s) could be? I suspect something is missing in my DIP profile but I could not find anything wrong there.

The quotation is using standard quotation type AE and everything seems fine there as well.

    What is the system status of the order?

    Are there any error messages?
